THE PRODUCT :
Diedress – 140 is water base refractory cum insulating coating. Special binding property of coating for M.S. Tools/ accessories and insulating property of coating influence easy striping and excellent finish over Ingots/aluminum casting.

FUNCTION :
Generally M.S. Tools / accessories used for handling Molten Aluminum. Mild Steel increases the contamination of Iron into Liquid Aluminum. Diedress-140 acts as a barrier between liquid aluminum and Mild steel. Diedress-140 prevents the contamination of Iron , improves the surface finish of ingots/Aluminum castings.

INSTRUCTION :
Dilute the Diedress – 140 @ 1: 2 to 4 (Coating : water). Mix it thoroughly. Normally 0.10 to 0.20% by weight of molten metal for all grades.
Clean the Tools i.e. should be free from Rust, Grease etc.
Pre-heat the tools at a Temp.100?C -120?C Apply the coating by dipping/ Spraying Application.
Pre-heat the coated tools at a Temp. 130?C?10?C to remove the moisture content.

Ensure that diluted coating is of uniform consistency.
