THE PRODUCT :
DIEDRESS – 79 is faint yellow colour Kerosene and oil based
lubricant for pressure die casting of Aluminium and Zinc based Alloys.
Its precisely selected fluid base having high thermal stability
which makes it an excellent release agent.

PURPOSE :
DIEDRESS –79 is applied on the surface of the die. The thin
lubricating layer acts as a barrier between die and casting which
avoids the soldering of the casting to the die and thus gives easy
removal / release of the casting from the die cavity.
