Internationally know and respected, LE is
dedicated to maximizing equipment life and uptime and reducing
maintenance and energy costs by emphasizing: Product Line
Advanced Technology Quality Customer
Service & Support Prompt Delivery of Product. From
its beginning in 1951, LE has recognized and filled the need
for heavy-duty, high performance quality lubricants which
exceed the capabilities of ordinary, commercial quality lubricants.
Throughout our history we at LE have continued to follow one
basic philosophy:
|
|
|
|
| |
|
|
| |
We at LE strive
deliberately to design the worlds finest Lubricants, in order
to achieve the highest possible level of performance, without regard
to the cost of base oils or additives, or the price for which such
lubricants must sell. They must be unique, exclusive and proprietary
to LE. They also most deliver to the user a value far greater than
can be obtained form other products for the same application.
Field experiences and customer testimonials have shown that LE lubricants
consistantly deliver higher performance than other premium grade
lubricants. They extend lubrication intervals and equipment life,
and significantly reduce wear, energy requirements, downtime and
maintenance costs, thereby recovering the initial cost of the lubricant
many times over. These lubricants have been successfully used for
many years
by industrial, commercial, governmental, institutional and agricultural
customers in a wide variety of applications throughout the United
States and many other countries.
Lubrication of equipment in food industry applications requires
high quality, high performance lubricants that stand up to some
of the harshest environmental conditions found anywhere. Lubricants
must resist moisture, high heat, low temperatures, shock loading,
high speeds, mild acids and alkalines, soaps and cleaners. They
are also required to be approved by the United States Department
of Agriculture for use in food plants under guidelines set forth
by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in the Code of Federal
Regulations (CFR). Many food industry plants operate on a continuous
24-hour a day schedule which adds to the challenge to provide superior
lubrication for many varied types of equipment. The food industry
includes bakeries, beverage production, canned, frozen, and preserved
vegetables and fruits, dairy products, meat, seafood, and poultry.
LE uses highly refined 100% paraffinic base oils. These oils have
vastly superior lubricating characteristics greater oxidation
resistance, tougher film strength, better lubricity and greater
compatibility with hoses and seals.
LEs own additive research and manufacturing company continually
develops more effective and efficient high
technology additives proprietary to LE. All this technology is incorporated
into LE lubricants so they are finest available.
